Cala table

Featuring a juxtaposition of cast resin and Ductal® concrete by Holcim Italia, this coffee table has been inspired by the Como Lake and its countless shades. The resin, in the tones of blue and green, looks like water revealing the concrete seabed.
Its creation process requires a special resin-casting technique, carried out entirely by hand in the Draga & Aurel workshop in Como.
Playing with vibrant colour combinations, also incorporating any random mistakes and accidents, the material is melted into several layers creating fluid, deep, unique table tops.
